Thank you for your interest in Burlingame Housing.

We are looking forward to working with you this year. We would like to take a moment to tell you about our community.

We offer affordable housing close to town, bus lines and ski areas. We have units available on a first come-first serve basis. All apartments are two bedroom units and you are allowed a maximum of two unrelated persons per unit. All apartments have basic furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and a two burner cook top (there is not an oven). We have a clean coin operated laundry facility and a common area with vending machines.

Every two bedroom unit that is available rents for $1,120.00 per month from September 1 through May 31, 2012 on a first come first serve basis. To reserve your unit in advance; you must pay a security deposit and last month's rent. Included in your rental amount are all utilities (except cable, phone, internet and parking). Although we try to accommodate you with your choice of location of the unit, we cannot guarantee that a particular unit may be available. You may not reserve a unit for occupancy after November 1, 2011, until November 1, 2011.

The City of Aspen encourages the use of public transportation; we ask that you leave your vehicle at home, as we are on a bus route. If you do opt to bring a vehicle; we have a limited number of parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis. Parking is $75.00 per month, with a parking deposit of $75. Our parking lot is gated; you would be issued a gate controller and parking permit. All unauthorized vehicles are subject to being towed at vehicle owner's expense.

Before you can take occupancy of a unit, you must be able to verify full-time employment in Pitkin County and provide a required passport or Colorado ID. Seasonal rental applications are available at the Aspen Housing Office at 530 East Main Street. We cannot sign your lease or release keys to your unit, until we receive the application approval.
